How you enter the stage, carry your posture, control your pace, stop, pose, transition, connect with the judges, recover from mistakes, and exit can affect the entire impression you leave behind.
Small technical mistakes can distract from an otherwise strong contestant.
During the Stiletto Pageant Performance Intensive, participants will identify the habits that may be weakening their presentation and receive practical coaching to develop a more confident, controlled, and polished performance.
• Pageant walking technique
• Posture, alignment, and body control
• Pace, stride, and arm placement
• Strong, controlled stops
• Posing with intention

• Using personality and presence to create a memorable performance
• Full pageant stage simulations with individual corrections
Throughout the day, participants will receive individual observation and corrections designed to help them understand what they are doing well, what may be weakening their presentation, and what they should continue practicing after the intensive.
Participants will leave with personalized feedback and specific recommendations for continued improvement.

Founder of Stiletto Models | Modeling & Pageant Coach | Fashion Show Producer | Professional Photographer
Renata O’Donnell is the founder of Stiletto Models, where she trains models and aspiring pageant contestants to develop stronger technique, confidence, stage presence, and professional presentation.
With years of experience working in the fashion and photography industries, Renata brings a unique perspective to her coaching. Her work behind the camera has trained her eye to recognize the small details that can completely change how someone presents themselves, from posture, body positioning, facial expression, and movement to confidence, connection, and overall presence.
As a modeling coach, Renata is known for her hands-on approach to training. She believes improvement comes from practice, individual correction, discipline, and honest feedback. Participants are not simply shown how to walk or pose, they are observed, corrected, challenged, and given the opportunity to practice repeatedly until they better understand how to control their movement and presentation.
Through Stiletto Models, Renata has trained aspiring and experienced models, produced fashion shows, led runway workshops, and created opportunities for individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to develop their skills and gain real-world experience.
Her goal is not to make every participant look or perform the same. Her coaching focuses on helping each individual strengthen their technique, identify habits that may be holding them back, and develop a more confident, polished, and authentic presence.
Renata believes that confidence alone is not enough. Preparation, technique, discipline, and the ability to receive and apply correction are what create growth.
